Questions:

How does music and culture influence your life?
*In Jamaica, politics and everyday living are centered around music
Growing up in an immigrant household
Relatives in music musicians *Dad was dj
Led her to change her field in pr (publicity) because she felt that Jamaican or reggae were missing in the mainstream market
What are the stereotypes toward Jamaican music? How can you reflect? How does the world view it? Now, its popular, how do you feel modern music has pushed reggae to another level?
Mixing it with Spanish & hip hop
Reggae (cultural umbrella) (Dancehall (comes from it)
People sing about their trials, triumphs, inequalities, and suffering in the country
What is your favorite Jamaican artist? Why?
Tarrus Rilly (considered cultural artist & not typical dancehall) love & conscious living songs fits in reggae & dancehall genre
How do you feel about the language barrier and dialect in the songs? 
Are there artists that have crossed the mainstream media?
