There is a well written article detailing the story in full. The video link in it is a video of a pair of women who both work at fast food restaurants. There are social media sharing buttons as well as a comments section after the article and several links throughout the article.

The Written portion details the actual story, speaking about the inequality of income over the last 4 years and details several planned actions to fix it. The video link helps to create a emotional connection and a context for what this disparity in income means to the people at the bottom of the income ladder. The Social media buttons help you to get others to read the article and the links in the written portion give valuable credibility to the article demonstrating with facts the reality of the situation for those who are skeptical.

Although the video does a good job at what it was used for I'd rather of had something more closely related to the article and the comments section is a full screen of scrolling past the end of the article. having a top comment section near the end would help deal with that.
